On the Customer Service Representatives

The most common thing is expecting the CSR to be some kind of game god that can give you anything. when all they are are Customer Service Representatives, Not Server Admins, or Game Managers.
It will no need to wait more thanĀ  2 hr’s on a legitimate. A game question usually takes more, while an urgent matter takes only around 10 min.
If you lose an item fill out a bug report, an CSR can’t get it back for you, fill out the bug report so you others wont have that happen to them. but if you are missing all of your items submit a kind csr appeal. they may know a bug you are experiencing and how to fix it.
I see people saying the CSR’s aren’t contacting them after they submit a ticket, but looking more into these people I am expecting that the appeal was abrasive and “inflamitory”
If you see a cheating player, or unruly player submit a CSR appeal, they can investigate people.
